As owners of a single-family home in Hochdorf, of whose hedonic value we were well aware, we were advised from various quarters to handle the sale ourselves. Then, with Urs Witprächtiger, a stroke of fate came into play. In the initial meeting on-site, he showed us how he would market a property like ours and gathered all the information for his market value calculation. He presented this to us in full during the second meeting - note that there was no obligation on our part.
