Very satisfactory service, good and competent advice. Smooth handling of the sale.

In a different professional setting, I had met Mr. Olivier Angéloz. At the moment of hesitation about parting with two apartments, I needed the skills of a broker. O.A. initially helped me by presenting my situation in a clear manner. Decision made, I entrusted him with the sales mandate. O.A. provided me with active, reassuring, and effective support. I thank him and recommend him.

In 2024, as an inheritance community, we had to sell the family home in Amriswil TG and commissioned Manuel Grieder, Real Estate, 8803 Rüschlikon for this. We were impressed by how professional and focused the tendering and negotiations were, culminating in a successful conclusion in December. We can only recommend this company. Charles Grieder

Mr. Stomeo did an excellent job and supported me competently and reliably throughout the entire sales process. From finding a suitable buyer to organizing viewings and coordinating with banks and authorities, all the way to the final handover of the apartment, everything worked perfectly. I greatly appreciated his professional, dedicated, and straightforward manner. I can recommend Mr. Stomeo at any time with the best of conscience. 😎

Very professional in appearance and handling. Absolutely transparent process - from the initiation to the final payment of the purchase price. The broker responds to the wishes of the clients and tries to fulfill them as best as possible. The marketing strategy was efficient. The purchase price and timeframe were realistic and very close to the final transaction. Additionally, he was helpful in connecting with service providers from the real estate sector (renovations prior to the sale). I would hire Julian Schaffner again at any time and can absolutely recommend him.

We are absolutely thrilled with the work of Ms. Irene Saner. She executed the sale of our apartment extremely professionally and in the shortest time possible. She was always a relief, fulfilled our wishes, and made the entire process smooth. Thanks to her great support, we were able to close quickly and successfully. Absolutely recommendable!

Very experienced and well-versed in digital marketing, it was impressive for me after decades in IT, despite his age very experienced, professional, efficient, creative, honest, and absolutely trustworthy!
