Urs Kälin informed us (laypersons) in detail about the entire sales process, then carried it out step by step, while we were regularly updated. The sales documents were very detailed, and a broad but selective range of potential buyers was contacted for an initial round of offers. In the second round, it became critical, as the first interest rate change after many years was announced, and some bidders withdrew. The most attractive of the remaining offers had a tight deadline, which, just a few days before the summer holidays and with a somewhat customer-unfriendly land registry office regarding appointments (9 co-owners), became a balancing act for U. Kälin, which he mastered brilliantly thanks to good relationships and negotiation skills. The seller's side was extremely satisfied with the work of UK as well as the result.

As a buyer, I found the collaboration with Ms. Schmidli to be very pleasant and straightforward. The communication was always reliable and friendly, appointments were kept punctually, and we were warmly welcomed during the viewings – including coffee and cake. The flowers after the purchase was completed were also a lovely and personal gesture. Since the entire purchasing process went smoothly in our case, there were no major difficulties or special situations to handle. Accordingly, I cannot assess this aspect of the support. Overall, I experienced Ms. Schmidli as a dedicated, attentive, and reliable contact person and felt well taken care of during the purchasing process.
