The division of spaces can be negotiated.
A structural separation is not planned.
The studio is centrally located in the ABB area, 8 minutes' walk from the train station, on the quiet side of Bruggerstrasse, and has a total of 120 m2 of usable space. On the ground floor, there are 80 m2 with ceiling heights of 2.50 to 5.00 m, and on the gallery, 40 m2 with a ceiling height of 2.30 m.
The studio is part of a residential and commercial building with diverse use. It is equipped as an office with a reception counter, additional cupboard fronts, tea kitchen, and toilet. The gallery is additionally lit with 2 large skylights.
The ground floor is level and can be reached without thresholds. The tree-lined, rear outdoor space can be used jointly.
