I'm subletting my flat (1BR, 1BA) from June 1st (flexible) till September 13th in 8057 Zurich near Tierspital. It is furnished and ideal for one person who wants to live in the city but still close to nature as it is only a few walking minutes away from trails in the forest.

The flat includes a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. The washing machine is shared with the other people in the building. No pets allowed.

The tram stop Tierspital is 3 minutes away from the flat, from there it takes 5 minutes to Universitaet Irchel, 10 minutes to ETH and UZH Zentrum, 15 minutes to ETH Hoenggerberg and 15 minutes to the main station.

Rent: 1650 CHF per month
