Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss wird man von Herrn Wyss von A-Z betreut. Bei Missverständnissen oder dergleichen wird prompt nach einer Lösung gesucht. Es gab vereinzelte Missverständnisse oder Verzüge bzgl. der Bewilligung, jedoch wurde dies immer zeitnah und Lösungsorientiert angepackt und erledigt.
