La meilleure décision que nous avons prise, vendre notre maison. Vendre une propriété est un véritable tourbillon émotionnel, avec des moments où l'on remet en question ses choix de vie. Mais du début à la fin, Stefan et Ruth ont fait en sorte que cela ressemble moins à une transaction et plus à un partenariat. Ils n'ont pas seulement géré la vente – ils ont tout pris en charge. Conseils fiscaux, devis, vérifications juridiques, les petites lignes qui nécessitent normalement un diplôme en droit (et peut-être un bon verre), ce qui nous a fait gagner un temps et une tranquillité d'esprit considérables. Ce qui a le plus marqué, c'est à quel point ils ont bien écouté. Ils ont pris le temps de vraiment comprendre notre situation, nos priorités, et même nos particularités. Nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis comme un simple autre bien sur le marché – ils se souciaient vraiment de bien faire les choses pour nous. Les photos et la vidéo qu'ils ont produites étaient excellentes – professionnelles, magnifiquement réalisées, et ont fait paraître notre appartement sous son meilleur jour. En fait, le film est devenu une sorte de légende parmi nos amis et voisins. Mais la vraie différence était la préparation. Ils avaient déjà tout recherché à l'avance, anticipé les résultats probables, et nous ont guidés à travers le processus avec une confiance calme. Au moment où nous sommes arrivés chez le notaire, nous avions l'impression d'avoir déjà répété l'ensemble. Si vous cherchez un agent qui combine l'efficacité suisse avec une véritable chaleur humaine, nous ne pourrions pas les recommander plus hautement.
