We also agreed with the seller to make this a fast transaction, and with Peter's assistance, we managed to go from viewing to closing in about 2 months! It took a lot of communication and coordination to do this, and we had the year-end challenge in there too with bank and notary holiday closures, but he helped us get over the finish line on time.
