The house is set back in a family neighborhood about 200m from the lake. It is surrounded by greenery and there is enough space to the surrounding buildings. The apartment is on the raised ground floor and offers plenty of space. Living room, dining room, and kitchen form an open space.
I do not own a car. The availability of a parking space in the underground garage would need to be clarified. A closed bike storage is available for free.

I am 27 years old and looking for a roommate for financial reasons. I study and work part-time. Since I do a lot of sports, I am rarely at home.
