The room is 16.5m2 large, has parquet flooring and is unfurnished. The shared room can be occupied between mid-July and early September.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony, which also has space for a comfortable hammock. Our bathroom also has a washing machine and we have (almost) the coolest Monstera plant in the world.

With two falls, you are at Bubikon train station, the train ride to Stadelhofen takes 23 minutes and to Rapperswil 11 minutes, with the bike 20 minutes. Perfect for country bumpkins as well as city gangsters😜.
The price also includes additional costs, Serafe, heating costs, water, internet/WiFi, encouraging conversations from the flatmates and fresh air to breathe.

We are looking for: You! A person who appreciates communication with other surrounding people, is about our age, sometimes spontaneously has dinner together and still values and respects peace. We would prefer a male flatmate as a balance, but it is definitely not a must. No fundraising or ego parties in the room, we also want to celebrate together😜.

We are Naomi, the cheerful one, Vanessa, the nerdy one, and Elia, the smart one. Elia will embark on new adventures in July and is moving out, his room will be free. We are open, uncomplicated, pretty, smart, and definitely not conceited😉.

I, Vanessa, 26 years old, studied computer science in Rapperswil and currently work as a system engineer (yes, I live in a darkened room in front of 10 screens). You can often find me cycling, hiking with camping, or at festivals. I deal not only with logic but also with creativity; pottery is a must for me.

I, Naomi, 26 years old, work as a bookseller and have recently started attending business school in Winterthur. The books in my room not only look beautiful but are also read by me. If there are no escapades in the book, I love to bake. Occasionally, the wool slips through my fingers when I dedicate myself to my new knitting project. Additionally, my hiking season has begun. So you can also find me in the mountains.
