Single room for rent - 8630 Rüti ZH, Alt-Ferrachstrasse 35

Hi everyone,

I'm Noemi (32) and I live in a 3.5-room apartment in Rüti. Since I will be traveling occasionally in the future, I'm looking for a roommate :) My current office is 13m² and would be converted into your room.

I have a balcony and a storage room with a laundry tower. There is also a cellar compartment and a parking space that could be rented additionally, if desired.

The only disadvantage of the apartment: the bathroom is very small. Otherwise, the apartment was renovated in 2024 and I only moved in in October :)

The rent is calculated with the smaller room (so broken down to 13m²) including utilities and internet/TV.
