Hi! We are a working shared flat consisting of six people between 25 and 32 years old and are looking for a new flatmate.
We offer a spacious room for sublet in our charming, but very old house. The rent is 470 CHF per month, which covers all additional costs such as internet, heating and electricity.
Our house is located in a very tax-friendly region, which allows you to additionally benefit from your living costs. Zurich HB is reachable by train in just 30 minutes, which makes the commuter's heart beat faster. In addition, the beautiful lake is only a 5-minute walk from our apartment, ideal for relaxed walks or refreshing swimming trips.
Despite our size, we are all often on the go, so the house is never too full. Cleanliness and order are very important to us, so we are looking for someone who shares these values.
The house has a large communal garden, which is shared with two other tenants – an ideal place to relax, barbecue or simply enjoy the fresh air.
Our location couldn't be better: the train station and a shop that is open from Monday to Sunday are only a 2-minute walk away. The Obersee Lachen shopping centre can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot.
For those of you who are often on business trips: We are happy to forward your mail, so that you don't miss anything while you are away.
