The apartment is very sunny, in a quiet house. The rooms have direct access to the large terrace. The two rooms are unfurnished. The apartment is very well connected to public transport. The bus runs every 15 minutes and takes about 16 minutes to Rapperswil train station. Bus stop in front of the house. We are looking for quiet, non-smoking flatmates. The price includes a 1 x weekly cleaning of the shower/toilet and vacuuming of the rooms. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment (drying room with Secomat in the house). Bicycle room available. We would be happy to arrange a viewing appointment to view the rooms/apartment on site. An outdoor parking space or underground parking space can be rented separately.
