Single room for rent - 8645 Jona, Grünmattweg 13

For the period from August 1st, 2025 to February 28th, 2026, we are looking for a nice flatmate (exact period negotiable). Livia Schöpfer is going abroad for a semester and would like to sublet her bright furnished 13m² room (facing east).

Our shared house is located in a quiet area. The bus stop is a 9-minute walk away, providing access to Rapperswil or Jona train station, or the OST University of Applied Sciences in 15 minutes. By bike, you can reach Rapperswil train station or the OST University of Applied Sciences in 15 minutes (the return trip requires a bit more effort, as we live on a hill).

We share a garden, conservatory, large kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, bicycle garage, laundry room and ample cellar space.

We are a quiet 7-person shared household who enjoy eating together occasionally. In our cozy single-family house, we maintain cleanliness and order. We are Janna (24) studying environmental engineering, Marlen (24) clothing designer, Florian (22) studying civil engineering, Julius (23) studying landscape architecture, Beni (25) landscape architect, Gian (29) studying environmental engineering.
