In our dance store at Poststrasse 9 in Zug, we are looking for an entrepreneurial person who would like to share our retail space with us - both temporally and spatially.

What do we offer?
A space of about 50 m² for shared use, with a generous shop window front, about 3 meters high ceiling, and a small sink with water connection. The location is excellent - right in the center of Zug.

How does it work?
We currently use the space on the following days:

• Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Fridays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM

You can use the space on all other days and times. The use is temporally separated, so that everyone can exclusively use the space during their own opening hours.

Additionally, we spatially divide the space:
You get your own fixed area (e.g., a wall, a shelf, or a clothing rack) for your products or your offer. The window display area and the cash register are shared.

What kind of business?
We are open to various ideas, e.g.:

• Sale of designer glasses or optical products
• Cosmetics or perfumery
• Fashion or accessories from your own collection
• Small boutique bookstore
• Ceramics, art, plants, or decoration
• Gifts, handmade candles, or sustainable products
• Stationery or creative writing supplies
• Concept store with changing themes

Financial conditions:
The total monthly rent is CHF 1,500.–. Our idea is to share the rent half/half (CHF 750.– per month). However, the cost distribution can be adjusted depending on the use of the space (time and area). The ancillary costs (e.g., electricity, heating) will also be fairly divided according to actual consumption or use.
