Contractual conditions / Expansion:
The rental contract conditions include a minimum rental period of 5 years (indexed). Extension options are subject to contract negotiations. The rental deposit is at least six times the gross rent.
The areas are rented as seen. Both areas are developed and can be occupied immediately. The tenant may make changes to the interior fittings in consultation with the landlord.
Rent:
The commercial, production, warehouse / office spaces are rented at a rent of CHF 230.00 / m2 / year.
The outdoor parking spaces for CHF 120.00 per month and piece.
The ancillary costs are charged separately and settled once a year. The ancillary costs amount to approx. CHF 28.40 / m2 / year.
