We do not know how this company did it, but previously we had 2 very well-known real estate agents from Zurich with us, who each tried to sell our apartment for over 6 months. The subsequent sales processing with the banks, the land registry office, and the cantonal office for property gains tax also went extremely smoothly under broker Zemp's careful management. His good institutional networking benefited both him and us in this process.
