Mitglied im SVIT und dem SIV, dem Schweizer Immobilienschätzer Verband. Name: Philipp Niedermann, geboren im März 1968. Vater von zwei Töchtern, bis 2025 wohnhaft im Zürcher Weinland nun aber wieder in Winterthur. Ich besitze ein wunderbares Haus und bin bestens mit den Umständen als Eigentümer einer Liegenschaft vertraut.
