Cyril Dux

An exceptionally positive experience with Cyril Dux and Immodux – highly recommended! I would like to take this opportunity to express my extraordinary appreciation and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Cyril Dux and the company Immodux for the excellent support and successful mediation of my property in Kastanienbaum. Selling a property is not always just a business matter. Especially when it comes to a house that is associated with many personal memories and an important part of one’s life story, such a decision is also accompanied by significant emotions. This makes it all the more important to have a real estate professional by your side who not only possesses the necessary expertise and experience but also brings empathy, patience, a sense of responsibility, and a genuine interest in the concerns of their clients. I was able to experience exactly these qualities in Cyril Dux in a remarkable way. From the first contact to the successful completion of the sale, I felt I was in excellent hands with him. His professionalism, reliability, personal commitment, and always friendly and respectful manner left a lasting impression on me. What I particularly appreciate about Cyril is his ability to combine professional competence with human warmth. He does not view a real estate transaction merely as another business deal but takes the interests, wishes, and even the concerns of his clients seriously. Throughout the entire sales process, he demonstrated great commitment, foresight, perseverance, and remarkable responsibility. Even in challenging situations, he remained factual, constructive, and solution-oriented. His willingness to personally engage and see the matter through to a successful conclusion

During the sale of the apartment, I found Cyril Dux to be very competent, friendly, and extremely helpful, and I greatly appreciated his prompt and efficient working style, which enabled a quick and uncomplicated sale after he was able to directly connect me with a buyer. I sincerely thank him and can only recommend him further.

I was looking for a suitable condominium for myself and came across Mr. Dux. Unfortunately, the first property did not work out, but Mr. Dux was very dedicated to helping me and quickly found the right apartment for me afterwards. I am very grateful for that.

We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dux on the sale of a new construction project with 7 units in Stein am Rhein. The marketing and sale were successfully implemented, and we were completely satisfied with the collaboration. Mr. Dux impressed us with his professional, reliable, and dedicated work ethic. We particularly appreciated his excellent availability, clear communication, and structured support throughout the entire sales process. We would also sell our next new construction project through Mr. Dux again and can wholeheartedly recommend him and ImmoDux GmbH.
