Stefanie Polana

Ms. Polana handled the sale of our condominium extremely professionally and with great commitment. The entire collaboration was a true worry-free package for us. She accompanied the sales process from A to Z exemplary, independently initiated all necessary steps, and always kept us informed in a timely and comprehensive manner. We particularly appreciated that the initiative always came from her. We never had to follow up, inquire, or initiate individual steps – Ms. Polana always had everything in view and reliably took care of the entire process. This allowed us to fully rely on her professional work. We experienced the collaboration as exceptionally pleasant, competent, and trustworthy, and we can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Polana.

Ms. Polana took a lot of time for us regarding the apartment viewing and also thoroughly explained the outdoor area of the apartment. All questions were answered competently, supported by many available documents/information. We particularly appreciated her friendly and patient manner, as well as the careful clarification of all points relevant to us. Her professional advice left us with an excellent impression. The handover of the apartment was also carried out very professionally and structured by Ms. Polana. Furthermore, her commitment does not end with the conclusion of the handover appointment; she also reliably took care of any questions that arose afterwards. We can highly recommend Ms. Polana. Once again, thank you very much, Ms. Polana, for the excellent support and professional service.
