Thanks to Ms. Probst's skills, her involvement in my sales project, and her in-depth knowledge of the real estate world, I was able to sell my property without difficulties in just a few days and at the set price. Everything was perfect: the price estimation, the photo session, the viewings, and the discussions. I had nothing to do except say yes to the buyers. Indeed, that was my initial request, to be able to delegate everything and not have to take charge of the sale. The apartment being sold "as is," I was concerned about having to significantly lower the selling price, which was not the case, thanks to Ms. Probst's expertise.
