She accompanied the sales process from A to Z exemplary, independently initiated all necessary steps, and always kept us informed in a timely and comprehensive manner. We particularly appreciated that the initiative always came from her. We never had to follow up, inquire, or initiate individual steps – Ms. Polana always had everything in view and reliably took care of the entire process. I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent.
