Mr. Jaun has helped me over several years with renting and also with resolving difficulties with tenants. Recently, I entrusted Mr. Jaun with the sale of this condominium apartment. Even then, I was always kept informed and supported until the handover of the apartment. Throughout the entire time, he was very reliable, competent, straightforward, and always very accommodating. I can only recommend him further. Thank you very much for your support and the good cooperation. Best regards, I. Graziano
When I decided to sell my house, I had several contacts with real estate agents. I quickly learned that here too, the law of chaff and wheat holds absolute validity. On the recommendation of GL, I came into contact with Ms. Kotur from Helvetia. I got to know Ms. Kotur as an absolutely competent professional, completely focused on the subject and realistic regarding the valuation of the property. Especially the manner and quality of the presentation of the property by Ms. Kotur stood out clearly from comparable ones and ultimately made the decisive difference. The first contact already brought about significant success.
**Very professional.** **Quick and uncomplicated processing!**
I felt very well taken care of at Trendwerk. Many thanks to Marc Fiano for his professional and straightforward collaboration. I also thank Marco Reist for the creation of the professional sales dossier. I greatly appreciated the uncomplicated communication and the quick feedback. If I ever have a property to sell again, I already know who I will turn to! Thank you for your efforts and continued success!
The collaboration with Mr. Ak was open, very professional, especially the listing of my apartment was perfect. I would gladly recommend Mr. Ak.
We experienced Richard Amacher as a very experienced and competent broker. In addition to his professionalism and market expertise, his human approach made the collaboration very pleasant. His advice, commitment, communication, and transparency throughout the entire process were extremely valuable to us.
