In March 2025, my wife and I were looking for a suitable holiday apartment in Central Switzerland. Already during the scheduling of the viewing appointment, Mr. Poletti was very helpful and took care of a suitable hotel. The viewing was "top-notch"; the property was in shell construction, we liked the location, and Mr. Poletti answered all questions regarding execution, equipment, completion, and others in a knowledgeable, friendly, and competent manner. The sympathetic way in which Mr. Poletti advised us led to our decision to choose the offered apartment after an hour of consultation. The after-sales service was also perfect until the handover of the apartment. Mr. Poletti took care of some administrative matters, which made it easier for us as Germans to establish ourselves in Switzerland.
