Geboren 1991 und wohnhaft in Naters. Ausbildung: Diplomierter Skilehrer und diplomierter Immobilienmakler. Von 2017 bis Mitte 2020 arbeitete ich in der Immobilienfirma RE/MAX Luzern und nahm dort an zahlreichen Schulungen teil. Berufsbegleitend besuchte ich die HSLU Luzern im Studiengang Wirtschaft mit den Vertiefungen in Richtung Immobilien und Tourismus. Parallel zum Studium gründete ich die Skolido GmbH. Bei der Skolido GmbH bin ich als Gründer und Geschäftsinhaber für die Vermietung und den Verkauf unserer Objekte zuständig. Als patentierter Skilehrer bin ich in der Schweizer Skischule Riederalp Vereinsmitglied und bringe während der Wintersaison gerne unseren Gästen den Schneesport in unserer schönen Natur näher. Quick, efficient handling of the apartment purchase, good accessibility, even after the handover of the apartment there was a follow-up question about how things are going in the new apartment. The information in the apartment documentation matched reality. During the handover of the apartment, the location of the electricity meter in the building was not known, two manuals for the kitchen appliances were missing, and the key to a lockable storage room was absent.
For some time, we dreamed of a property in Switzerland, and thanks to Mr. Ottersbach, this dream has become a reality for us as foreigners. We were expertly, professionally, and very helpfully guided through the purchasing process; Mr. Ottersbach has always been there for us with his expertise and continues to do so today as the manager of our apartment.
