In May 2025, we purchased a house together with Ms. Mernica and, in retrospect, we are really glad that we met her. We originally became aware of her through the 3D representation in the listing, which gave us such a good first impression that we decided to view the house at the open house. She took a lot of time for us, answered all our questions calmly, and allowed us to visit the house multiple times, even on a Sunday. She was always reliable, responded quickly, and was well-prepared for every appointment. Throughout the entire purchasing process, she accompanied us competently, ensuring that we never had any uncertainties. The fact that a lovely gesture followed after the purchase, which we did not expect at all, rounded everything off. Overall, the collaboration was consistently professional and pleasant, and we can only recommend Ms. Mernica further.
Im März 2025 haben wir der Immo Link Schweiz AG den Auftrag gegeben unser Haus zu verkaufen. Florian Lischer hat uns mit seinem grossen Fachwissen beraten und betreut. Seine freundliche und kompetente Art hat uns überzeugt. Alle Schritte wurden transparent erklärt und ausgeführt. Die Vermarktung war professionell, das Haus wurde vermessen und superschöne Fotos vom Haus gemacht, was sicherlich zum schnellen Hausverkauf beigetragen hat. Herr Lischer hat sich um die Besichtigungen gekümmert und uns immer sofort informiert, sobald ein Interesse am Haus bestand.
