Madame Bulliard is an exceptional professional and a true lady of trust. Efficient, transparent, and very human, she manages her files masterfully while remaining attentive to her clients. A real estate agency that I highly recommend for its seriousness and impeccable support!

Competent, dedicated, and responsive real estate agent. Mrs. Probst accompanied me for the purchase of my house, from the first visit to the appointment with the notary. She was able to answer all my questions. A very pleasant collaboration.

Rudolf Steinwender has my highest possible recommendation. I was introduced to him by my mortgage advisor, when he struck me immediately as discerning, judicious, and extremely well-informed about property and the current market. It was an added bonus that Mr Steinwender spoke fluent English. When assessing the value of my apartment, he presented a generous portfolio of information, including a comparative analysis of like property being sold in my region. This meant we were able to set the sale price at a reasonable and justifiable level. I obtained three other estimates for comparison, and none were as thorough as his. At a separate meeting, he brought a professional photographer to photograph my apartment; these photos were very sympathetic, and caught the grace and charm of the rooms without attempting any false impressions. The text accompanying the photos was also beautifully written, again fully appreciative of the building without distorting exaggeration. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted. Rudolf Steinwender thereafter dealt with the prospective buyers, with charm, understanding and tact. He also managed subsequent visits up until the signing of the contract. I had been very apprehensive going into the process, dreading both an agent's hard sales talk and visitors traipsing through my home. With his management, the whole process turned out to be an absolute pleasure, both for the seller and the buyers. Looking ahead, I feel nothing but delight that my apartment is going to such a nice family, and that the transaction was conducted with professionalism and fairness throughout, under Mr Steinwender's excellent guidance.

Very human and very available broker with excellent knowledge of the real estate market. He knows his files perfectly while also mastering all aspects related to the property sold: in terms of renovations, points of vigilance, and building regulations. A big thank you for this purchase that will remain a wonderful memory!

The collaboration with Sylvie Calame went very well. She was always very available and her advice was very beneficial. Her advertising work to attract buyers was very effective and interested parties quickly came forward. She then guided the sale to its completion by involving all the concerned parties. A big thank you to her for her professional work.

Top agent, super competent and with a great network. Nothing to complain about!

Daniel was very helpful during our search for apartment, answering all our questions and accommodating his schedule to allow us visiting the apartment at very short notice. He gathered the information we needed very quickly, and coordinated with the notary for an effective purchase. He continued supporting us throughout the purchase operation and beyond.
