Frai Stampfli and her team are great. Very nice, accommodating, patient, competent, and our house was sold very quickly. The service was excellent and I am absolutely satisfied with the Stampfli company. I can recommend them 100%. Thank you for everything.

We purchased our house through Mr. Milanovic and look back on a consistently positive collaboration. At the beginning, we were unsure if we could even afford the house. Nevertheless, Mr. Milanovic gave us the opportunity to view it and showed us everything at our own pace. Throughout the entire purchasing process, he was very patient, provided us with competent support, and was always available for questions. In the end, everything worked out, and we were able to successfully acquire the house. Our family is very happy with our new home, and we would like to sincerely thank Mr. Milanovic for his dedicated and professional work. We can recommend him at any time.

Nice person. Competent. Still relatively new in the business. Has room for improvement.

I can highly recommend KT Immobilien. The purchasing process was very straightforward, the support from Ms. Truninger was excellent, the communication was very friendly, and everything proceeded in a timely manner and stress-free. I am very glad to have met Ms. Truninger.

The following comments apply to Mr. Schneider and equally to Ms. Kadanik. For us, the purchase went smoothly. Mr. Schneider and Ms. Kadanik were always available promptly for questions and provided competent information. The only negative point: there were some ambiguities in the exposé, but since we received the documents before the actual publication, this is excusable. Communication with both was always pleasant and friendly. We are satisfied and happy customers.

I had very good experiences with Mr. Claudio Cragno. Quick and serious handling of the sales negotiations. Good and competent sales brochure. The sale of the property was accompanied by Mr. Cragno until the conclusion. All tasks, such as the settlement of the property gain tax, were competently completed. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Cragno, and I recommend him as a sales expert.

**Best broker ever!!** You can rely 100% on Mr. Allimann. Very professional, he creates excellent sales documentation. He is also a great help in difficult cases. **Absolutely recommendable!**
