Ich hätte um 19:00 einen Besichtigungstermin gehabt, wurde sogar nochmals daran erinnert per Mail. 19:15, niemand ist da oder nimmt das Telefon ab. Auch auf mein Mail wurde noch nicht geantwortet, nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Wenn schon nur der Besichtigungsprozess so eine Farce ist, will ich nicht wissen, wie das Mietverhältnis abläuft…

Hello Mr. Pfenninger, It's a shame you gave us such a negative review, but as explained to you on the phone, we also didn't know when the work would be carried out. For this reason, the contracted construction company informed all owners about the timing of the work via informational posters. When repairing after water damage, the priority is to begin the remediation immediately to prevent further damage, which unfortunately means that residents are informed at rather short notice.
