Die STWEG bietet eine Vielzahl großer und sehr schöner Gemeinschaftsflächen, so daß die Nutzfläche die reine Wohnfläche deutlich übersteigt. Daher und wegen der sehr hochwertigen Ausstattung lag der von mir erwartete Kaufpreis deutlich über dem Beleihungswert der Banken. Deshalb war der Verkaufsauftrag überdurchschnittlich anspruchsvoll.
