Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with PREMIUM HOMES. PREMIUM HOMES informed me that there was a specific interested party for my property. Subsequently, PREMIUM HOMES entered into a reservation agreement with this interested party and collected the corresponding reservation amount. Due to this reservation, I held my property for about a month for the interested party. However, after about a month, the interested party decided on another property. What is particularly disappointing for me is that PREMIUM HOMES subsequently neither paid out the reservation amount to me nor offered me any compensation for the withholding of my property during this time. Therefore, I am left wondering what concrete benefit the reservation is supposed to have for the owner.
