Nous avons vendu une maison grâce à Gaedan et nous en sommes ravis. Le bien concerné était très atypique -ancienne bâtisse à la campagne à rénover-, par conséquent de nombreuses personnes ont été intéressées. Gaedan a investi beaucoup de temps dans les très nombreuses visites et toujours avec le même professionnalisme et le même enthousiasme. En raison des gros travaux de rénovation, c'était souvent compliqué pour les clients de se projeter. Pour ces raisons-là, plusieurs offres n'ont pas abouti.
