I was looking for a suitable condominium for myself and came across Mr. Dux. Unfortunately, the first property did not work out, but Mr. Dux was very dedicated to helping me and quickly found the right apartment for me afterwards. I am very grateful for that.

During the sale of the apartment, I found Cyril Dux to be very competent, friendly, and extremely helpful, and I greatly appreciated his prompt and efficient working style, which enabled a quick and uncomplicated sale after he was able to directly connect me with a buyer. I sincerely thank him and can only recommend him further.

Ms. de Luca was highly recommended to us by an acquaintance. She has now also planned the sale of our property very well and carried it out professionally to our complete satisfaction. Impressive was the excellent documentation of the house with a larger garden that she prepared. She carried out all necessary work very efficiently and kept us well informed about the status of the sale at all times. We are very grateful to Ms. de Luca for her excellent work and are happy to recommend her further.

Philipp Niedermann was recommended to me by a neighbor. And the tip was worth its weight in gold. With his approachable and direct manner, a realistic price for the property and an honest listing were quickly established. Success did not take long to arrive: A young family bought the property. Philipp Niedermann is a true professional in the entire field of real estate, from the legal aspects to his negotiation skills. He is rooted in the wine country and well-connected. His services are comprehensive, straightforward, and very relieving from A to Z. I sincerely thank him and can unconditionally recommend him.

With Philipp's uncomplicated and dedicated manner combined with professional and realistic expertise, it was a pleasure to handle the purchasing process. Great work that we can highly recommend!

Mr. Gaetano is a very good broker, friendly and competent, I can wholeheartedly recommend him, everything went smoothly.
