The purchase of our property went absolutely smoothly from start to finish thanks to Giorgio Frei. I particularly appreciated his proactive work style, quick communication, and high reliability. Questions were always answered promptly, information was presented transparently, and the next steps were clearly communicated. At all times, there was a feeling that he had the process under control and was actively taking care of all the details. This is incredibly valuable, especially when buying real estate. I would work with Mr. Frei again at any time and can recommend him without reservation.
Edi supported me greatly in the purchase of my house after I got into some trouble trying to handle everything without a realtor. With his help and expertise, the house was sold, and both the buyer and seller are satisfied.
Absolute top broker with the greatest competence and patience! Highly recommended!
Selling your own apartment is not an everyday decision. That’s why it was important for us to have someone by our side whom we can trust. We had a good feeling from the very beginning with MyWinvest GmbH. Michael personally accompanied us in the sale of our 4.5-room apartment in Waldkirch. We were able to ask our questions openly, received understandable answers, and always knew how the sale was progressing. We particularly appreciated that we didn’t have to take care of many things ourselves. We are pleased that our apartment was successfully sold, and we would hire MyWinvest again. Anyone looking for a dedicated real estate agent for selling an apartment is, in our view, in good hands here. Thank you, Michael!
Thanks to the professional guidance and expertise, our semi-detached house was sold in a short time for the best possible price. Carine Keller has very good knowledge of current real estate prices and the situation of supply and demand in the local real estate market. Her assessment of the property was market-conform, and the professionally designed sales documentation, along with placing the property on the right platforms, contributed to the quick completion of the sale. We were very well accompanied and supported by Carine Keller in this sales process. She always handled and answered all our concerns, questions, etc. very promptly and competently. The collaboration with Carine Keller is very pleasant. We can highly recommend Ms. Keller.
Very professional and competent handling, responses always came quickly and friendly.
Mr. Zürcher has a pleasant, unobtrusive manner in interpersonal relations. He showed no signs of haste and created no pressure (not even indirect pressure, such as comments about possibly too many applicants, as one might have heard here and there ). I received the initial documents within a day, and the first viewing appointment was able to take place in the same week. Afterwards, Mr. Zürcher gave me ample time to think and was competently available for questions. The sales transaction was handled very straightforwardly. My conclusion: Recommended!
Professional and personal support in the sale of my apartment. Addresses individual concerns, acts promptly and efficiently throughout the entire transaction process.
I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Lombardi for the excellent support in selling my old town house. From the very first contact, he was always competent and professional, very dedicated, and truly took the time for my wishes. I was particularly impressed by his transparent communication throughout the entire process. Thanks to his expertise and care, he introduced me to a perfect buyer for my old town house, who also made the purchase. I can only recommend Mr. Lombardi from BILO GmbH. Thank you once again.
