My ex-husband and I initially tried to sell our property ourselves. There was an interested person from our circle of acquaintances who could have been a buyer. In this context, we commissioned Mr. Köppel to draft the purchase agreement. Just before the planned notarization, however, this person unexpectedly backed out.
