I particularly appreciated his calm and solution-oriented approach with sometimes demanding interested parties, who initially backed out, later agreed again, or tried to significantly lower the price. Mr. Köppel conducted the negotiations consistently and with the necessary sensitivity. Despite these challenges, the apartment was sold at a higher price and without unnecessary complications.
