Real Estate Agencies in Beaulieu - Grey - Boisy

Excellent experience with Candice Margo, broker, in the sale of my apartment in Lausanne. She is competent, pleasant, available, understanding, insightful, smiling, considerate, precise, and all the positive adjectives one can add. I will keep a very good memory of it.

I have nothing but compliments for Mr. Byas-Perry, who was very professional and very flexible (especially when it came to organizing a visit). Moreover, due to his expertise (in architecture), he was able to answer the various questions we had and obtain the requested documents very quickly. Finally, he handled the discussion with the seller efficiently.

Very good follow-up for our sale in Lausanne Bastien was accessible, attentive, and efficient throughout the process 😁 A reassuring collaboration that we recommend.

Rebecca is a very professional and truly friendly real estate agent. She accompanied us during two visits, always clear, informative, and with a lot of good humor, which made the process much more enjoyable. She was very available and responsive, answering my emails almost immediately, even outside of working hours, and connected me with an excellent notary, which facilitated the signing. And to celebrate the signing, she gave me a bottle of sparkling wine from Lavaux, a really kind gesture. I highly recommend her! :)

It was a great pleasure to deal with Mr. Raigoso, who is an experienced and competent real estate professional, knows the property for sale perfectly, and answered all questions kindly. Satisfactory transaction as it allowed me to acquire a property that meets my needs.
