Real Estate Agencies in Altstadt/Vieille ville

I highly recommend Birgit Schönhofen-Knuchel to anyone looking to sell their property. She is a reliable, professional, and experienced person, fully invested in her role, available, and always gives good advice. She responds quickly to any contact requests. She follows the progress of the sale until its signing, relieving us of any worries. She skillfully resolves any issues that may arise and does not waste time. She is a very pleasant and human interlocutor. My sister and I sold a penthouse apartment and a building with her and were truly fully satisfied with her work.

The contact was professional, friendly, and pleasant, and the services were fully satisfactory.

Mrs. Schönhofen demonstrated exceptional professionalism in all the difficult and necessary steps for the sale of our property. Communication was very clear, regular, straightforward, and pleasant. Her commitment is total. She is competent, persevering, patient, available, and encouraging. I truly felt supported and accompanied, with a know-how and a demeanor that gave me confidence throughout her mandate. I am infinitely grateful to her for her work of remarkable quality.

When we wanted to sell our property in Evilard back then, we made the best choice with Schärer Immobilien. Noah not only brings top market knowledge but also provides true full service. Whether it's the brilliant virtual tour or the fact that he took care of gardener quotes and house maintenance in the middle of the process – this commitment makes the difference. Despite the higher price range, the house was sold in less than six months. An absolutely reliable real estate agent in the Seeland, whom you can fully trust. Great job, thank you!
