Due to a death in the family, I had to sell a property. Not quite easy, year of construction 1975, in need of renovation. Livio Ackermann took the ball here very professionally and after about 6 months we had transferred the property to a very well-suited buyer. It was also about respect, towards my deceased mother. We wanted to find a suitable buyer and we accomplished that today thanks to FutureHomes GmbH and Mr. Ackermann in the spirit of a Win-Win-Win. Price-performance ratio is excellent here. Thank you very much Livio and team. I can recommend both the company and the people behind it 100%.
