I had a viewing today in Altstätten on Elsenakerstrasse. Unfortunately, I must say, the reception was very impersonal; one really felt like just a number, and Ms. Tsoleridis couldn't even remember me. I know there were many people there, but she didn't really try to convince the interested parties. I find that very, very unfortunate; the owner was also briefly on site, and he also did not show any interest in the applicants. I hoped to find good management here, but they did not create that impression with me. Even after I asked about parking for the car, she was not informed and said maybe on the other side of the street, even though it stated garage for rent. Even if it is more work, please do distribute the interested parties a bit. 1. Supplement 19.07.2026 A Mr. Di Natale from RTAG has since contacted me; after a 30-minute phone call, I thought it sounded better, later there were nearly 20 emails exchanged between Mr. Di Natale and me... he wished for a second chance from me, and I gave it to him. He already asked on the phone if I could do something about the review. To which I said I would reconsider it if RTAG were to make a better impression. Unfortunately, this has not quite happened until today (19.07.2026)... Two apartment listings were somewhat misleading; the pictures of the respective apartment were not conclusive as to whether they were accurate, etc. A Ms. Wüst then contacted me directly via email to confirm a viewing appointment. However, I am no longer sure if I should pursue this further... Until today, I have unfortunately not been able to gain a better impression. Therefore, I must supplement the review and leave it as it is for now. 2. Supplement 07.08.2026 RTAG absolutely NOT recommended! I have now viewed 3 apartments, and there was no result for any of them; for the second one, it suddenly said after registration, "sorry, unfortunately rejected, the owner prefers a small family with children." So I took time for nothing again. And RTAG, as often, oh we didn't know... And for the 4th apartment that interested me, there was no reaction anymore... for me, RTAG has disqualified itself! Unprofessional, uninterested, always the same standard response "we are not so, we regret this"; nothing changes afterwards. Too bad, Mr. Fabio Di Natale as the head of the team! Regards to RTAG AG!
