I had a viewing today in Altstätten on Elsenakerstrasse. Unfortunately, I must say that the reception was very impersonal; I really felt like just a number, and Ms. Tsoleridis couldn't even remember me. I know there were many people there, but she didn't really try to convince the interested parties. I find this very, very unfortunate; even the owner was briefly on site, and he also did not show any interest in the applicants. I hoped to find good management here, but they did not create that impression with me. Even after I asked about parking for the car, she was not informed and said maybe on the other side of the street, even though it stated that a garage was available for rent. Even if it is more work, please do divide the interested parties a bit. Addition to my review: A Mr. Di Natale from RTAG has since contacted me; after a 30-minute phone call, I thought it sounded better, but later there were nearly 20 emails exchanged between Mr. Di Natale and me... he wished for a second chance from me, and I gave it to him. He already asked on the phone if I could do something about the review. To which I said I would reconsider it if RTAG were to make a better impression. Unfortunately, this has not quite happened until today (19.07.2026)... Two apartment listings were somewhat misleading; the pictures of the respective apartment were not consistent with whether they were accurate, etc. A Ms. Wüst then contacted me directly via email to confirm a viewing appointment. However, I am no longer sure if I should pursue this further... Until today, I have unfortunately not been able to gain a better impression.
