Marc and Nadine provided us with excellent support in selling our house. From listing to contract signing, 1A customer service and guidance. Realistic, open, and above all, human. We can only recommend Marc and Nadine to anyone looking to buy or sell a house or an apartment. Keep it up, you two, it couldn't be better. Thank you once again from the heart.

At Breitenaustrasse 14, we have realized 11 condominiums. Ms. Affolter successfully sold all the apartments for us with Vermoplan AG. Ms. Affolter is a highly competent contact person who performs her work excellently.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Dreier. From the first contact to the successful sale, everything was organized professionally, reliably, and very friendly. Thank you for the great service!

Sales process went like clockwork We sold our apartment through Mr. Griesser and are absolutely thrilled with the entire process. The sale had to be completed within a few months so that the purchase of the new property could take place. The entire sales process was extraordinarily swift, highly professional, and completely smooth. From the initial consultation to the realistic market valuation to the successful notary appointment, we always felt well cared for and competently advised. Communication was always transparent, quick, and very warm. A big thank you for the great effort to Mr. Griesser, and we would recommend him at any time.

We commissioned Mr. Imfeld with the sale of our condominium. The valuation and the creation of the listing were already very professional and implemented quickly. Even though the sale turned out to be somewhat more difficult than expected, he was always very committed, going beyond the usual clarifications. Thank you very much for the successful sale.

We had excellent experiences with Philipp Niedermann from start to finish and can wholeheartedly recommend him. From our very first meeting, we were convinced by his open, authentic, and exceptionally likeable manner. He is not just a broker doing his job, but a person who genuinely cares about his clients. We particularly appreciated his patience and the ease with which he addressed our many questions. We were anything but experienced in the real estate market and had many questions—probably even some that are completely obvious to a professional. However, Philipp never made us feel like we should already know something. On the contrary: he took the time to explain everything clearly, listened attentively, and consistently followed up with us. We felt taken seriously and well-supported at all times, without ever feeling pressured to make a decision. His honest, straightforward, and human approach made the entire process incredibly pleasant. And there was never a shortage of humor! Dear Philipp, thank you very much for your time, your patience, and your wonderful manner. We greatly appreciated our encounters with you and would reach out to you again at any time. An unreserved recommendation!

I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. I hope Mr. Barth can read this review so that he might be willing to improve!!! Thank you for your attention C. H.

I am completely satisfied with the apartment purchase. The consultation was very friendly, competent, and professional. The entire process was uncomplicated and smooth at all times.

Ms. Ponti supported us very well in the purchase of an apartment. The documents and responses were always timely and content-wise knowledgeable. She also regularly contributed during the coordination with the land registry office/purchase contract. We can gladly recommend Ms. Ponti for this transaction.
