The collaboration was contractually regulated at the beginning, the initial situation and the conditions were clearly clarified. The property was advertised locally and on various platforms. If there was interest, the property was shown, if necessary, multiple times. Due to the solid knowledge from the banking sector and land registry, questions from potential buyers could be competently clarified. The flow of information was always present, and the collaboration was very pleasant. As a seller, I was supported and accompanied from the assignment to the signing at the land registry office. I would give the assignment to Ernst Zwingli again, thank you very much!
We can wholeheartedly recommend him as a real estate agent. He was always competent, reliable, and conscientious. The communication was always friendly, transparent, and straightforward. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire process and would work with him again at any time.
