Real Estate Agencies in Gossau SG (9200)

Very competent and friendly real estate expert. A man of the profession and highly recommended.

Competent, clean processing, would be happy to do it again

Very competent, courteous & always timely support received. We were very satisfied with the purchase process.

Mr. Zürcher has a pleasant, unobtrusive manner in interpersonal relations. He showed no signs of haste and created no pressure (not even indirect pressure, such as comments about possibly too many applicants, as one might have heard here and there ). I received the initial documents within a day, and the first viewing appointment was able to take place in the same week. Afterwards, Mr. Zürcher gave me ample time to think and was competently available for questions. The sales transaction was handled very straightforwardly. My conclusion: Recommended!

I found Immoroom GmbH Edi Lazraj to be very helpful, supportive, always available (even on holidays/weekends!), and very knowledgeable and professional from the offer to after the sale. Particularly noteworthy: the fixed price without hidden costs. That was the main thing for me. I recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective broker!

During the sale of our house, we were accompanied by Mr. Meier and Mr. Tischhauser for about a year and a half. During this time, they were always available for our questions, kept us continuously updated, and advised us openly and understandably. The sales brochure with the high-quality photos presented our house excellently. Mr. Meier and Mr. Tischhauser actively searched for interested parties, organized and conducted the viewings, and personally introduced us to potential buyers. We could also count on their support during negotiations, the sales conversation, and at the land registry office. We particularly appreciated their reliability and the continuous support throughout the entire sales process. There were no costs incurred for us in advance; the agreed commission was only due upon successful sale. We felt very well taken care of by both of them and are happy to recommend them.

Absolute top broker with the greatest competence and patience! Highly recommended!
