I had a very good experience with Cosmos Values AG and the agile and goal-oriented Ms. Rena Wisler. Everything was very professional and perfect, which led to a good, fair sales result / sale price. The support for the buyers was also exemplary and of high quality. The entire formal sales process from the notarial purchase contract to the transfer of ownership was perfectly and stress-free organized. By the way: I found Ms. Wisler through a recommendation from enthusiastic acquaintances who previously used the services of Cosmos Values for the sale of real estate.
Very competent and helpful with everything. Also has good contacts with craftsmen who can assist with any potential renovations.
Competent, patient, and absolutely customer-oriented! Ms. Claudia Taumberger accompanied us through the entire sales process with her very pleasant demeanor, her great patience, and her competent approach. She always answered all our questions clearly and acted consistently in our interest from the very beginning until the contract was signed. We can highly recommend Ms. Taumberger! Esther Hauser and Felix Steininger
Pascal hs been great during the evaluation and the selling process of our property. He has handled all the process very smoothly, keeping us informed on the status of the process and making it very easy for us during the whole process. Being not swiss can make this difficult as we are not familiarizwd with the process, but Pascal managed to make it very easy and hazard free for us!
I am thrilled with how quickly and professionally Michelle Zimmermann handled the sale of my apartment. Her friendly, competent manner impressed me greatly, I will definitely recommend her.
