Herzlich willkommen auf meinem Profil bei der Immobilitas AG. Ich bin Gründer, Mitinhaber und Geschäftsführer der Immobilitas AG, welche seit dem Jahr 2010 besteht. Nach Abschluss meiner Lehre als Kaufmann mit Berufsmatura auf einem Treuhand- und Immobilienbüro im Sarganserland im Jahr 2002 habe ich mich auf die Bewirtschaftung und Vermietung von Wohn- und Geschäftsimmobilien im Raum Zürich spezialisiert. Im Jahr 2008 entdeckte ich meine Leidenschaft für den Verkauf von Wohnimmobilien und fokussierte mich fortan auf diesen Bereich. Mit knapp 250 erfolgreich verkauften Liegenschaften – darunter Einfamilienhäuser, Eigentumswohnungen, Bauland sowie Neubauprojekte – hauptsächlich in den Kantonen Schwyz, Zürich und St. Gallen, sowie beinahe 20 Jahren Erfahrung im Immobilienverkauf, verfüge ich über fundierte Fach- und ausgezeichnete Marktkenntnisse.
