I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. I hope Mr. Barth can read this review so that he might be willing to improve!!! Thank you for your attention C. H.

Starting from giving good and realistic guidance as to the property value over fantastic presentation including professional photography and 3D virtual tour.
