Real Estate Agencies in Buchs LU (6211)

From the first conversation to the notarial certification, I felt excellently supported at all times. My real estate agent dedicated herself with exceptional commitment, great expertise, and a lot of passion to the sale of my apartment. I was particularly impressed by her transparent communication, the realistic assessment of the market, and her tireless efforts to find the best solution for all parties involved. I never felt like just a number – rather, I was personally accompanied, competently advised, and promptly informed about every step. Thanks to her professional marketing, her negotiation skills, and her great commitment, my apartment was successfully sold. Especially during a personally challenging phase of my life, it was reassuring to have such a reliable and trustworthy partner by my side. I can recommend her without reservation and sincerely thank her for her extraordinary efforts. Anyone looking for a dedicated, honest, and competent real estate agent is in the best hands with her.

It was a pleasant collaboration, Mario Schmucki is competent, reliable, and also very nice. You can tell the great experience and the precise knowledge of the local market. Questions were always answered clearly. We would hire him again at any time, thank you Mario!

Mr. Gaetano is a very good broker, friendly and competent, I can wholeheartedly recommend him, everything went smoothly.

The collaboration with A. Früh Immobilien AG, and with Mr. Zaugg, was consistently very positive. From the first contact to the completion of the apartment purchase, we felt excellently cared for. We would especially like to highlight the high professionalism, efficiency, and at the same time, the very pleasant, human manner of interaction. Everything proceeded transparently, reliably, and trustfully – just as one would wish for such an important step. Thank you once again!

Mr. Salda successfully sold our condominium as a real estate agent in a short time. He impressed us with his solid real estate and market knowledge as well as his extensive sales experience. Throughout the entire sales process, he advised us competently and handled all tasks carefully. We particularly appreciated the high-quality sales documents. Mr. Salda was always helpful and service-oriented. We did not have to worry about anything. For us as an inheritance community, the very good support was extremely valuable. We are very satisfied with the sale and are happy to recommend Mr. Salda.

Yasmine was incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent advice! She is a true real estate expert.

Elke Dasen accompanied us excellently from start to finish in the sale of our family property in Magglingen. We experienced her as an extremely competent, dedicated, and reliable real estate agent. We particularly appreciated her personal approach, the very good communication, and her ability to manage the entire sales process in a structured and professional manner. We were always well informed and felt that she was very committed to our concerns and the sale. The collaboration during the closing phase and the handover was also very pleasant and straightforward. We are very satisfied with the result and the overall support and would appoint Elke again for a property sale at any time. A clear recommendation from our whole family.

I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. I hope Mr. Barth can read this review so that he might be willing to improve!!! Thank you for your attention C. H.
