Mr. Mueller was always reachable for us by phone, Zoom, and respected and implemented our wishes. His response time to our inquiries was pleasantly quick. He also organized craftsmen to connect with our house since we were not living in Switzerland. His encounters with us were filled with joy, empathy, and also competence.
