As owners of a single-family home in Hochdorf, of whose hedonic value we were well aware, we were advised from various quarters to handle the sale ourselves. Then, with Urs Witprächtiger, a stroke of fate came into play. In the initial meeting on-site, he showed us how he would market a property like ours and gathered all the information for his market value calculation. He presented this to us in full during the second meeting - note that there was no obligation on our part. His passion, his likability, and his expertise impressed us and convinced us so much that we entered into the power of attorney agreement with him. And what more can we say: Yesterday we sat with the notary and had the sale notarized. The process in between was highly professional and was a success story like no other. ⭐️ Thank you for everything, dear Mr. Witprächtiger. ⭐️

Ms. Lehner coached and supported me competently, friendly, and personally throughout the entire sales process. Starting with the appraisal of the apartment, through individual advice on the appropriate sales strategy, to valuable little daily tips, she provided me with professional advice and accompanied me on the sales journey. A heartfelt thank you for the great work, Ms. Lehner!

We were extremely happy with the level of service that Andreas provided. His dedication, creative ideas, and resilience helped us sell our property despite challenging market conditions. We highly recommend him.

Mr. Haffer accompanied us throughout the entire sales process in a professional, competent manner, with a lot of passion and commitment. We can recommend Mr. Haffer at any time.

Jonathan Greaves managed the sale of the house brilliantly from the very beginning until the sale. He was very competent and his very friendly demeanor quickly led to success, so I also found my desired buyer, which makes me very happy. Therefore, I can only recommend Mr. Greaves at any time. I wish him continued success and thank him once again sincerely.

Jorge Guerreiro is an absolute professional when it comes to real estate and finance – he is reliable! He works very purposefully and efficiently. Unlike the agents we had invited before, he was not focused on a quick sale, but on getting the best for us. He had already commissioned a feasibility study for our property in advance and only then provided his price recommendation, which significantly increased the actual selling price. Throughout the entire sales process, we were continuously informed (which was very important to me). Everything was implemented competently and professionally from A to Z. His open, empathetic, and direct manner always gave us a good feeling. I can recommend Jorge without any reservations!

I, Marcel Hintermann, can wholeheartedly recommend Himmotech GmbH and especially Ms. Miriam Krumm. In December 2009, I purchased the property at Rennweg 12 in Herrliberg. Ms. Miriam Krumm from Himmotech GmbH found the suitable property for me and accompanied me throughout the entire purchasing process excellently, competently, and reliably. In the following years, Ms. Krumm was always there for me in all rental matters as well as in various renovation and remodeling projects, always with great commitment and expertise. Over time, she increasingly took over the entire mandate and proved to be an extremely reliable and professional partner. I am extraordinarily satisfied with the collaboration and working methods of Himmotech GmbH. I particularly appreciate the personal support, the high level of expertise, and the trust that has developed over the years of collaboration. In the future, I will continue to have my properties managed by Himmotech GmbH.

Michael Meise is a very competent and likable broker who understands his "craft" through skillful communication and action. Thanks to him, I was able to sell my condominium at a very good price. I can recommend him 100% and am very grateful to him. Soon, I will engage Michael Meise for another transaction.

I felt excellently supported by Mr. Müller during the purchase of my apartment. He was always friendly, helpful, and committed, answered my questions clearly, and reliably provided me with the necessary documents. I particularly appreciated the open communication and the pleasant personal interaction. Even with follow-up questions and negotiations, I found him to be a fair and solution-oriented contact person. Thank you very much for the great collaboration, Mr. Müller!
