Immobilien waren schon immer meine Leidenschaft! Schon während meines Studiums an der Fachhochschule Rosenheim (Abschlüsse: Diplom-Betriebswirtin und Diplom-Holzwirtin) startete ich meine Karriere in der Baubranche bei einem Generalunternehmer. Eines meiner ersten Projekte, bei denen ich in der Bauleitung mitwirken durfte, war der Neubau der DZ-Bank in Berlin (Architektur Frank Gehry). Danach folgte eine gute Reise als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung eines grossen deutschen Ingenieurbüros für Haustechnik in München mit Einsätzen in Deutschland, Middle East und USA. Als ich 2007 in die Schweiz kam arbeite ich für Von Roll Inova, wie sie damals hiess als Projektleiterin der neuen Müllverbrennungsanlage in Mallorca und begleitete parallel Akquisitionsprozesse in Skandinavien, wie z.B. den Neubau der Anlage in Oslo, die wir erfolgreich gewinnen konnten. Ob man Unternehmer ist oder nicht, weiss man eigentlich relativ früh im Leben.... Ich bin einer! So habe ich im Jahre 2009 beherzt die BELLUGO AG gegründet und ich bin sehr dankbar, dass wir über all die Jahre so viele Menschen bei so vielen tollen Projekten haben begleiten dürfen. Ich selbst arbeite heute immer noch mit dem gleichen Herzblut für die Bellugo wie am ersten Tag! Wir sind stolz auf unser grosses Netzwerk, in dem sich zahlreiche Interessenten und Anbieter befinden, Immobilienbesitzer, Investoren, Pensionskassen, Versicherungsgesellschaften, Entwickler, Architekten, Baufirmen, Banken und Immobilienfreunde.
